NovoNote Pricing for Practice Plans

At NovoPsych, we understand how crucial it is for clinicians to have the right tools to support their work. Clinical documentation is essential for high-quality client care but can often be time-consuming, reducing valuable face-to-face time with clients.

To streamline this process, NovoNote, our AI-powered note-taking solution, enhances documentation efficiency, accuracy, and ease of use—allowing you to focus more on clinical care and less on paperwork.

This article provides a clear breakdown of NovoNote’s pricing within a Practice Plan, helping you choose the best option for your practice’s needs.

How is NovoNote Priced?

NovoNote is available as an optional add-on to your existing NovoPsych Practice Plan. This means you can choose to enable it for your account and other users within your practice from only an additional $10 + gst per month.

Here is the structure for the Plan Tiers per user, effective March 2025 onwards:

NovoPsych Psychometrics only - unlimited monthly assessments: 

• $20 + GST/month or $240 + GST/annually per user

Pro within Practice - 50 monthly Pro actions: 

• $30 + GST/month or $360 + GST/annually per user

Pro Plus within Practice - 100 monthly Pro actions: 

• $60 + GST/month or $720 + GST/annually per user

Platinum within Practice - unlimited monthly Pro actions: 

• $99 + GST/month or $1188 + GST/annually per user

Note: Pro actions are defined as sending an assessment or generating an AI note. This is a shared limit for both Pro actions.

Users can be on any of the tiers shown above. As an example, a practice with 10 users may opt for the following arrangement:

• NovoPsych Psychometrics only - 2 users

• Pro within Practice - 4 users

• Pro Plus within Practice - 3

• Platinum within Practice - 1

The monthly or annual cost would depend on the plan tiers users are on. Account Managers managing the central account of the practice plan will be able to view and amend the tiers of users at any time.

Key Advantages for Setting up Practice Plan vs. Individual Plans

While the pricing for NovoNote access remains consistent across both Practice and individual subscriptions per tier, there are key advantages to setting up the Practice Plan:

• Centralised Oversight – Central account for managing all users, client data, and billings ensuring streamlined operations and data security.

• Simplified Administration – Eliminate the hassle of managing multiple individual subscriptions by consolidating all users under one plan, reducing administrative complexity and ensuring seamless billing.

Is There a Free Trial?

For new accounts on NovoPsych, we currently offer a 15-day trial on individual plans (Pro, Pro Plus, Platinum). This can be a good option to allow new users to test our core functionalities within NovoPsych and NovoNote AI Scribe.

Upgrading Users to Plan Tiers with NovoNote access

Account Managers will soon have the ability to view and amend tiers of users at any time.

However, at this time, it is recommended that you reach out to NovoPsych support at [email protected] to have this set up for you from March 2025. 

Can I Cancel or Modify My NovoNote Subscription?

Absolutely! You’re in control of your subscription. As an Account Manager, you will soon be able to adjust your plan tiers at any time through your Account Settings.
