Accessing NovoNote as a Practice Plan user

NovoNote is available for users on Practice Plans, with multiple subscription tiers designed to accommodate different levels of usage. Depending on your plan, the central account of the Practice Plan (Account Manager) will have access to assign the subscription tier to its practitioners

Subscription Tiers for Practice Plan Users

* A Pro Action is either completing a psychometric assessment or generating a note or document with AI. Dictated notes of less than 5 minutes are unlimited and not counted as a Pro Action.

Subscriptions have a combined monthly limit across all Pro Action types. Quotas reset on the first day of each calendar month (Australian Eastern Time).

Each user on the Practice Plan will be assigned a specific subscription tier. 

If a user exceeds their tier's monthly Pro Action limit, they are automatically upgraded to the next tier for the remainder of the cycle, and the Account Manager is notified by email.

Upgrading Users to Plan Tiers with NovoNote access

Account Managers (designated person for the central account) can view and amend tiers of users at any time.

To do this, navigate to "User Management" under your account Settings. 

From this page, you can also add clinicians to your Practice Plan (click the "Invite User" button).

Q: My practice only requires access to administering assessments and does not need NovoNote. What are my options?

A: You can subscribe to NovoPsych Practice Psychometrics, which provides access to administer up to 100 monthly assessments without NovoNote access. However, this is only available on Practice Plans (minimum 2 users) and not on individual subscriptions.

Q: I would like to use NovoNote without the psychometrics assessments. Is that possible?

A: NovoNote is not available as a standalone service separate from NovoPsych Psychometrics. However, Practice Plans that include NovoNote start from $30+GST per user per month, providing 50 Pro Actions per month. If you do not require psychometric assessments, you can allocate your Pro Actions solely towards recording sessions on NovoNote.
