Integrating Psychometric Assessment Results from NovoPsych into NovoNote

NovoPsych is a comprehensive assessment platform that enables mental health practitioners to administer standardised psychometric assessments, automatically generate reports, and facilitate data-driven clinical decision-making.

NovoNote, in contrast, is an AI-powered note-taking tool designed to support mental health professionals in maintaining structured, efficient, and clinically relevant documentation.

To bridge these two essential tools, we have developed a new feature that will integrate NovoPsych psychometric assessment results directly into NovoNote—enhancing clinical workflows and improving documentation efficiency.

Follow these steps to include assessment results in your documentation:

Steps to Integrate Psychometric Results:

1. Select a Client

  • Ensure the client has psychometric assessment results available in NovoPsych.

2. Click "Create Document"

  • Navigate to "Create Document" to start a new document.

3. Select Notes & Psychometric Results

  • Choose the relevant session notes and corresponding psychometric results you’d like to include.

4. Choose a Template

  • Select a pre-existing template to structure your document.

5. (Optional) Include Additional Context

  • Include Additional Context: Add any relevant clinical insights, observations, or explanations to complement the psychometric results.

6. Click "Generate Document".

Once completed, the integrated document will provide a comprehensive overview of both session notes and psychometric assessment data.

Including Graphs for Clinical Measures in NovoNote Documents

At this stage, graphs for clinical measures are not directly integrated into NovoNote documents. However, psychometric results from NovoPsych can be included in text form using the "Create Document" feature.

To include a graph, we suggest copying and pasting your note into a document (e.g., a Word document), then taking a screenshot or copying the graph from the NovoPsych PDF report and pasting it into the document.

While direct integration of graphs into NovoNote is not yet available, this workaround ensures your documentation remains comprehensive and visually informative.
